You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your shoes with stars for a full refund or exchange. This generous return window gives you plenty of time to try on your new footwear and ensure the perfect fit.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Shoes must be in original, unworn condition
- All original packaging, boxes, and tags must be included
- Items should be free from dirt, odors, or signs of wear
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
- Sale items (over 50% off) are final sale and cannot be returned

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive damaged or defective shoes with stars, we'll make it right immediately:

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Same 30-day return window applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items
